SECURE-LINE™ 7700 Security Rib Bar Systems

Security rib bars are used in medium to maximum security areas where air flow and audible communications are demanded.   SECURE-LINE™ 7700 is constructed using 7/8" or 1" diameter hot rolled double-rib bar heat treated and certified to ASTM 627 specifications for the vertical sections. The horizontal flat bars are fabricated using 3/8" x 2 1/4" hot rolled steel, heat treatable to ASTM 629 specifications. We include all closure angles, mounting clips and stainless steel rib bar embed cups for installation.    Normal placement of this system is at holding cells, cell fronts and corridor cut-off doors.

SECURE-LINE™ 7700A  The materials used to construct this maximum detention grade product are made from A1045 Tool Resistant double rib bar certified to ASTM 627 specifications.

SECURE-LINE™ 7700B  The materials used to construct this medium detention grade product are made from A36 mild steel double rib bar.
