7900 Security Ceiling System
The DDS 7900 Security Ceiling System was designed for the high security areas in all of the County, State and Federal Institutions. The DDS 7900 Security Ceiling System is an Architects answer to Security, Noise Reduction and Style, the easy to install panels are designed so that the borders on the panels match the ledger angles and support tees. In cell applications these panels offer extreme resistance to kicking by the inmate in the upper bunk. In dayroom and corridor applications these panels offer better visibility and light reflection along with optional insulation and noise reduction. DDS 7900 Security Ceiling Systems are used in minimum to medium security areas to provide an architecturally attractive ceiling while protecting exposed mechanical equipment from inmate abuse. DDS 7900A Security Ceiling System is a perforated panel, screw together system for tight access environments. Available in standard galvanealed finish or baked on powder coatings in standard architectural colors. DDS 7900B Security Ceiling System is a perforated panel, interlocking system that requires less installation labor while providing a greater bearing load. This system requires a minimum of 18" of clear access above the installation to allow the panels to lock together. DDS 7900C Security Ceiling System is a non-perforated panel, interlocking system that requires less installation labor while providing a greater bearing load. This system requires a minimum of 18" of clear access above the installation to allow the panels to lock together.
